Our new educational study series begins this February 2012.

This one is not to be missed so please come and join us!

Learn about World Religions to compare differences and similarities to Christianity -

to deepen our faith, to understand other beliefs and

to build bridges of kindness.

Whenever possible we will go to the places of worship. We will be studying Buddhism, Judaism, Hinduism and Islam.

The text to read for this supplement is : The World's Religions by Houston Smith.

This study is on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays from February through May at 6:30 p.m.. On the 2nd Wednesday of each month we will hear from a representative of Religion at various sites of worship. On the 4th Wednesday of each month we will discuss main points and how they compare with Christianity at Westview.

On February 8th we will meet at the Buddhist Church in Watsonville at 6:30 p.m.

A discussion will be led by Rev. Hanayama

On February 22nd we will meet at Westview at 6:30 p.m. to discuss the main points of Buddhism and how they compare with Christianity.
