What Little Dresses for Africa is about and how WOW is involved
Due to HIV/AIDS most of the children in Africa are homeless or in orphanages. The Women of Westview (WOW) are spearheading a project using pillow cases to make 100+ little dresses by July 2011 for some of our precious girls. We are looking for other women’s groups to join in with us and make a difference in a community where clothing is not a priority. Our hope is that this project will create a community spirit while making a difference in the lives and hearts of theses little girls…one dress at a time.
